Excellent service from a well run company. I love my new Carrier furnace and AC !!! My old system woke me up and made it difficult to hear the tv...with the NEW cabinet insulation, NEW vents, and NEW HVAC system and thermostat my home is now STEALTHILY kept at exactly the temp I like without the large swings in temp and noisy blasting air. I could not have imagined the improvements this has made to my comfort-let alone the monthly cost savings.

Alicia Air is a small family business. My Carrie home unite was not cooling. I called for a service two days ago. Bryan was the repair person came this morning. He is neat, polite and professional. He explained to me what was wrong and fix it in no time. The most important character of Bryan and the company is trust worthy and honest. I will recommend to anyone without reservation. I have been a customer of Alicia Air for several years. They installed my current Carrier system and I had a very good experience with them from start to finish. This past weekend, my parents had an issue with their thermostat and, with this extreme heat, I was very concerned that they would not be able to use their A/C. Even though my parents had never used Alicia Air's services before, the service man was able to get to my parents' house within one day and resolve the issue. I continue to be very impressed with their professionalism and helpfulness.

In May 2022, Alicia Air Conditioning & Heating installed a complete Carrier HVAC and Air Conditioning System, including a Honeywell smart thermostat, in our 1985-built new home. From the beginning of the estimating process through installation, the experience and quality of the equipment, installation and technicians were top-notch. Great communication and follow up as well. We called Alicia Air because they installed our original systems 33 years ago. We also got bids from 5 other businesses. Bryan Perez was our estimator/salesman. He was punctual, professional and thorough. He crawled under the house (in Silverado Canyon), inspected all the ducting as well as the old systems. He answered all our questions and provided a comprehensive proposal within 24 hours. We had a few follow-up questions and he or Laurie (in the office) got back to us right away. Alicia Air gave us a very competitive price for the 2 systems we needed. The install crew were Aaron, Derrick and Ben. They showed up before they were promised and stayed both days until the work was done and everything was to our satisfaction. We were confident that the systems they installed would be of the highest quality, but the customer service they provided was also of the highest quality. I would recommend Alicia Air with out qualification and appreciate their attention to detail.

Very fast once we got him here. There was a 10 day wait because of heat wave.
